Workplace Experience & Operations Manager

Participate in creating and implementing portions of the Task Force Thrive strategy. Coordination and communication across the organization regarding workplace readiness updates and policies. Collaboration with Office Leaders, Floor Coordinators, Facilities, Business Support, Information Technology, Legal, and Your Connection. Conducting daily meetings with teammates responsible for local office workplace readiness. Tracking all needs, activities and metrics at local office level with support from floor coordinators and office leaders. Developing a recommended plan of action based on local business needs and best practices. Ensuring compliance with all federal and local requirements the company is subject to. This includes coordination with legal counsel. Maintaining a daily pulse on COVID-19 related updates, including important and urgent information, and assessing the impact of rising trends on our workforce and customers.
