
Wholesale Sales Support Coordinator

- Provide administrative support to the wholesale sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of sales materials and information.
- Manage and maintain customer databases and sales tracking systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support for sales-related requests.
- Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, including tracking sales metrics and generating reports for management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and support decision-making.
- Communicate and coordinate with external partners and vendors to support the sales process.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process.
- Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.

Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Wholesale Telecommunications Industry, Including Industry Trends, Key Players, And Pricing Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Wholesale Customers And Internal Teams.
Proficiency In Sales Support And Coordination, Including Experience With Order Processing, Inventory Management, And Contract Administration.
High Level Of Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
