  1. Design and develop innovative prototypes that align with the company's goals and vision.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise in the prototyping process.
  3. Conduct research and experiments to identify and incorporate new technologies and materials into prototype designs.
  4. Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for prototypes, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
  5. Build, test, and troubleshoot prototypes to ensure they meet design requirements and perform as expected.
  6. Document and report on the progress of prototype development, including any issues or challenges encountered.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve prototype designs to optimize performance, cost, and reliability.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into prototype designs.
  9. Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints while maintaining quality standards.
  10. Provide support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present prototype designs and progress updates.
  12. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all prototype development activities.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation of prototype designs, materials, and processes.
  14. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on prototypes to ensure they remain functional and reliable.
  15. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to scale up prototypes for production.
  16. Continuously seek feedback and incorporate suggestions to improve prototype designs and processes.
  17. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality agreements.
  18. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve overall project outcomes.
  19. Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  20. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Prototype Development And Testing

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Prototyping Tools Such As 3D Printers And Cnc Machines

  • Strong Knowledge Of Materials And Manufacturing Processes For Prototype Production

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills.
