  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the maintenance and improvement of Crown Castle's corporate facilities.
  2. Oversee all facility projects, including renovations, repairs, and new construction, from conception to completion.
  3. Manage a team of facility staff and contractors to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the company's high standards.
  4. Conduct regular inspections of all facilities to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
  5. Create and manage a preventive maintenance program to ensure all facilities are properly maintained and meet safety standards.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the needs and requirements of different departments and incorporate them into facility planning and design.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials and services for facility projects.
  8. Monitor and manage facility budgets, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's facilities and operations.
  10. Communicate regularly with leadership and key stakeholders to provide updates on project status, budget, and any potential issues.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to facility operations.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees by creating comfortable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
  13. Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans to ensure the safety and security of all employees in the event of a facility emergency.
  14. Lead by example, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the facility management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably In The Corporate Facilities Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Multiple Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Experience In Budget Management And Financial Analysis, With A Strong Understanding Of Cost Control And Risk Management.
