  1. Obtain and manage all necessary permits for Crown Castle International's projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Research and stay up-to-date on all relevant permitting requirements and regulations in various jurisdictions.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, utility companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate the permitting process.
  4. Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members to ensure all necessary permits are obtained in a timely manner.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and develop solutions to address any permitting challenges.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all permits and associated documentation.
  7. Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other required documentation.
  8. Monitor and track permit status and provide regular updates to project teams.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to permitting and regulatory compliance.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve the permitting process and identify potential cost-saving measures.
  11. Stay current on industry best practices and implement them in the permitting process.
  12. Uphold Crown Castle International's commitment to safety and environmental compliance in all permitting activities.
  13. Serve as a point of contact for any permit-related inquiries or concerns.
  14. Train and mentor new team members on the permitting process and regulations.
  15. Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure all permits and projects are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Permitting, Land Use, Or Zoning Processes.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Regulations Related To Land Use And Permitting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Government Agencies, Landowners, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Experience Working With Gis Mapping Software And Other Relevant Technology Tools.
