- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to Crown Castle International.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of recruitment efforts, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by proactively seeking out diverse candidates and promoting diversity initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop job descriptions and ensure they accurately reflect the skills and qualifications needed for each role.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.
- Monitor and manage the recruitment budget to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Stay current on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment efforts.
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote Crown Castle International as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee retention strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Best Practices, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Onboarding.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate Effectively With Team Members And Stakeholders.
Experience In The Telecommunications Industry Or Related Field Is Preferred.
