  1. Develop and implement supplier management strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers to ensure a diverse and competitive supplier base.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with current suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services.
  4. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions for the company.
  5. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to supplier management.
  7. Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  8. Manage supplier performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate potential risks and opportunities related to suppliers.
  10. Train and develop team members to ensure a high-performing supplier management department.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and operations, to ensure alignment of supplier management strategies and goals.
  12. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supplier management team.
  13. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to supplier management.
  14. Represent the company in supplier-related meetings, conferences, and events.
  15. Manage the budget for supplier management activities and ensure cost efficiencies are achieved.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supplier Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Negotiating Contracts And Managing Vendor Relationships.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Suppliers.
