  1. Develop and implement innovative compensation strategies and plans to attract and retain top talent in the telecommunications industry.
  2. Conduct research and stay updated on compensation trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in the job market.
  3. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation plans and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Collaborate with senior management and HR teams to align compensation plans with overall business objectives.
  5. Lead and manage a team of compensation professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of compensation programs and services.
  6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's job roles and responsibilities to ensure fair and equitable compensation packages.
  7. Oversee the administration of performance-based compensation programs, ensuring consistency and fairness in the process.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
  9. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
  10. Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking activities to ensure the organization's compensation programs are competitive.
  11. Partner with finance and accounting teams to create and manage the compensation budget.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external compensation consultants and vendors.
  13. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to compensation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Benefits, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Compensation Principles, Market Trends, And Regulatory Compliance In Both Domestic And International Markets.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Compensation Strategies And Programs.

  • Previous Experience Working In The Telecommunications Industry Or A Similar High-Tech Industry Is Preferred.
