Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily site inspections to ensure that construction activities are in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
2. Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Monitor and document construction progress, including daily reports, photos, and quality control checklists.
4. Identify and report any quality or safety issues to the project manager.
5. Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any construction-related issues.
6. Review and approve material and equipment submittals.
7. Conduct field tests and inspections of materials and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications.
8. Maintain accurate and organized records of all construction activities, including daily reports, inspection reports, and change orders.
9. Attend project meetings and provide updates on construction progress and any issues that may arise.
10. Assist in the preparation of project closeout documents, including as-built drawings and warranties.
11. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on the job site.
12. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to current processes.
13. Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager or supervisor.
