- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively identify and address any potential problems or conflicts with clients to maintain positive relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
- Understand and anticipate client needs and offer solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Monitor and track client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all relevant information.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better understand client needs and market demands.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company and building strong relationships with clients.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue potential new clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Client Accounts And Maintain Positive Relationships.
Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Regulations, As Well As Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills.
