Crown Castle International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney to join our dynamic legal team as our Corporate & Commercial Transactions specialist. As a leader in the telecommunications industry, we are committed to providing top-notch legal services and support to our business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the review, negotiation, and drafting of all corporate and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, with a proven track record of handling complex transactions.   1. Review and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements for the company, ensuring they are in line with company policies and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Draft and revise contracts and agreements, utilizing strong legal knowledge and attention to detail.
  3. Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the company, including but not limited to finance, operations, and marketing.
  4. Keep up-to-date with changing laws and regulations in the telecommunications industry and ensure compliance in all company transactions.
  5. Analyze and mitigate legal risks associated with corporate and commercial transactions.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to effectively negotiate and finalize agreements.
  7. Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and provide guidance to the company.
  8. Assist in the development and maintenance of company policies and procedures related to corporate and commercial transactions.
  9. Handle any legal disputes and claims related to corporate and commercial transactions.
  10. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to corporate and commercial transactions.
  11. Train and educate company employees on legal matters related to corporate and commercial transactions.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of all corporate and commercial agreements and transactions.
  13. Manage and prioritize a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines.
  14. Act as a key contributor to the overall success of the legal team and the company as a whole.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Active License To Practice Law In The State Where Crown Castle International Operates.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate And Commercial Transactions, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Law Firm.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Contract Law, Corporate Governance, And Securities Regulations.

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Represent The Company In Complex Transactions.
