  1. Manage and oversee various projects within the telecommunications industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and set project timelines.
  3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of any issues or delays that may arise.
  4. Collaborate with team members to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are clearly understood and met.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, delegating tasks and ensuring accountability for project deliverables.
  7. Conduct project meetings and facilitate discussions to resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
  8. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in project management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Mentor and support junior project management team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong sense of accountability among team members.
  13. Continuously monitor project budget and expenses, making adjustments as needed to ensure projects remain within budget.
  14. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
  15. Embrace the company's values and culture, acting as a positive representative of the organization to clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With A Proven Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Project, Asana, Or Trello.
