  1. Develop and implement content strategies for Crowe's digital platforms in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of content strategists to ensure high-quality, consistent, and engaging content is created and delivered in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and technology, to create strategic and impactful content that supports the company's brand and messaging.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to inform content decisions and drive continuous improvement in content strategy.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital content strategy and apply them to enhance Crowe's digital presence.
  6. Develop and maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all digital channels.
  7. Conduct regular audits of Crowe's digital content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
  8. Provide guidance and support to content strategists, writers, and editors to maintain brand voice and messaging in all digital content.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns that drive business objectives and support lead generation efforts.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of content strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  11. Act as the subject matter expert on digital content strategy and provide training and support to other departments as needed.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of Crowe's digital platforms through effective content strategy.
  13. Represent Crowe's digital content strategy in meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
  14. Stay informed of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to digital content and ensure all content meets these standards.
  15. Embody Crowe's mission and values and promote a positive and collaborative work culture within the team and across departments.
