Job Description

Crowe is seeking a Valuations Services Manager to join our team. As a Valuations Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the valuation services team and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. You will be expected to be a thought-leader in the industry, proactively developing and nurturing relationships with our clients, and driving the efficient delivery of projects.To be successful in this role, you must possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field and at least 5 years of experience in valuation services. You must also be proficient in utilizing financial modeling software, have a deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and have strong knowledge of valuation techniques, financial reporting, and auditing. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about their work, enthusiastic, and able to think outside the box. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the valuation services team and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
  2. Proactively develop and nurture relationships with clients and drive efficient delivery of projects.
  3. Utilize financial modeling software to create accurate valuations.
  4. Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and strong knowledge of valuation techniques, financial reporting, and auditing.
  5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  6. Generate creative solutions to complex valuation issues.
  7. Mentor and train staff on valuation techniques and financial modeling.
  8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in the valuation services space.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  10. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
