  1. Conduct due diligence and financial analysis for complex financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  2. Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to provide transaction support services to clients.

  8. Assist in the preparation of client deliverables, including reports and presentations.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in transaction services.

Job Qualifications
