Job Description

Crowe is looking for an experienced, results-driven Total Rewards Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the principles and practices of compensation and benefit programs and a passion for creating an excellent total rewards experience for our employees. Our Total Rewards Manager will have the opportunity to work with our global team to design and manage a comprehensive Total Rewards program that aligns with our organizational values.We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of five years of experience in developing, administering, and evaluating Total Rewards programs. The successful candidate must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and manage a comprehensive Total Rewards program that is in line with Crowe's organizational values.
  2. Develop, administer, and evaluate Total Rewards programs.
  3. Analyze internal data to identify trends in Total Rewards.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with Total Rewards program.
  5. Monitor industry trends and recommend changes to Total Rewards programs as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
  7. Manage budget for Total Rewards programs.
  8. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure employees understand and are engaged in the Total Rewards program.
  9. Provide guidance and support to the HR team on Total Rewards related matters.
  10. Monitor employee feedback and implement changes to Total Rewards programs as needed.
