  1. Develop and drive the overall strategy for the Financial Services Tax practice at Crowe, including identifying potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and setting revenue and growth targets.
  2. Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction.
  3. Oversee the delivery of tax planning and compliance services to clients in the financial services industry, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive and strategic tax advice to help them achieve their financial goals.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in tax laws and regulations, and other relevant developments to continuously improve the firm's tax services and offerings.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Crowe to provide a holistic and integrated approach to client service.
  7. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the firm's presence and generate new business.
  8. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures, as well as ethical and professional standards.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development among team members.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes, systems, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Financial Services Tax practice.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Tax Planning And Compliance For Financial Services Clients, Including Knowledge Of Complex Tax Regulations And Industry-Specific Tax Issues.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Client Relationships And Providing Strategic Tax Advice To Support Their Business Objectives.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Tax Professionals.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Financial Services Industry Trends And Developments, And Ability To Proactively Identify Tax Planning Opportunities For Clients.

  • Cpa Or Jd Certification And Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Tax Consulting For Financial Services Clients, With A Minimum Of 5 Years At A Managerial Level.
