  1. Develop and implement tax strategies for clients, including tax planning and compliance services.
  2. Lead and manage a team of tax professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
  3. Conduct regular trainings and provide guidance to team members on tax laws and regulations.
  4. Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Advise clients on tax-related matters and provide strategic recommendations to help them achieve their financial goals.
  6. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate these updates to the team and clients.
  7. Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide integrated and comprehensive services to clients.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with clients and proactively identify opportunities to expand the firm's services.
  9. Monitor and manage the team's workload to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve tax processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to build the firm's reputation and network.
  12. Adhere to ethical and professional standards and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  13. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  14. Collaborate with other tax managers to develop and implement firm-wide tax strategies and initiatives.
  15. Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, and ensure the team's compliance as well.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Tax Experience In A Public Accounting Firm, With A Focus On Lead Tax Services And Client Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field; Cpa Certification Preferred.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Tax Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact And Build Relationships With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Mentorship, And Ensure High-Quality Work.
