Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic advice and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders on best practices related to Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Organizational Development.
2. Create and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Develop and implement initiatives and programs to support and enhance organizational performance.
4. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and provide solutions to human resources and organizational development-related issues.
5. Conduct research and provide analysis to identify areas of improvement and recommend changes.
6. Act as a mentor and provide guidance and coaching to support personal and professional development.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Organizational Development initiatives and programs.
8. Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and metrics related to talent acquisition, human resources, and organizational development.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Organizational Development.
10. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
