Job Description

  1. Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients, ensuring successful outcomes.
  2. Use expertise and experience in IT service management to guide clients through the implementation process.
  3. Continuously improve processes and procedures related to ServiceNow implementation.
  4. Manage a team of implementation specialists and provide guidance and support as needed.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on project progress.
  7. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during the implementation process.
  9. Train and mentor team members on best practices for ServiceNow implementation.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow to continuously improve implementation processes.
  11. Represent the company and showcase expertise in ServiceNow implementation at industry events and conferences.
  12. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote team success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Managing Servicenow Projects.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform, Including Configuration, Customization, And Integration.

  • Proven Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Timelines And Budgets.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate With Clients At All Levels.
