- Lead and manage the implementation of ServiceNow projects for clients.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and project team members.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular status meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow best practices.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates and advancements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and testers, to deliver successful implementations.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiencies for ServiceNow implementations.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow implementation and project management.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the ServiceNow practice at Crowe.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Implementing Servicenow For Enterprise-Level Clients
Strong Understanding Of It Service Management Processes And Best Practices
Servicenow Implementation Specialist Certification
Excellent Project Management Skills, Including Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
