Job Description

At Crowe, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.   1. Lead and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for ServiceNow implementations.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet their requirements.
  4. Manage and coordinate a team of developers and consultants to ensure successful implementation and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
  5. Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
  6. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the implementation process.
  7. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the success of ServiceNow implementations.
  8. Train and support clients on how to use ServiceNow solutions effectively.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and updates to continuously improve implementation strategies.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
  12. Monitor and report on project performance, including budget, timeline, and resource utilization.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  14. Participate in the development and improvement of implementation processes and procedures.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow implementations and provide guidance and support to colleagues and clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Servicenow Solutions, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of It Service Management Processes And Best Practices, With Experience In Implementing Itsm Solutions Using Servicenow.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Servicenow Certification In Implementation Specialist Or Other Relevant Certifications.
