  1. Develop and execute implementation strategies for ServiceNow projects, ensuring efficient and successful delivery to clients.
  2. Lead and oversee a team of ServiceNow implementation specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis and planning to identify potential risks and mitigate them throughout the implementation process.
  5. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, communicating project progress, challenges, and recommended solutions.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates to provide the best solutions for clients.
  8. Conduct training sessions for clients and team members to ensure a smooth transition to the new ServiceNow platform.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Servicenow Platform

  • Certified Servicenow Implementation Specialist

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With Experience In Leading Large-Scale Servicenow Implementations

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Client Relationships.
