- Develop and execute implementation strategies for ServiceNow projects, ensuring efficient and successful delivery to clients.
- Lead and oversee a team of ServiceNow implementation specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis and planning to identify potential risks and mitigate them throughout the implementation process.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, communicating project progress, challenges, and recommended solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates to provide the best solutions for clients.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and team members to ensure a smooth transition to the new ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Servicenow Platform
Certified Servicenow Implementation Specialist
Strong Project Management Skills, With Experience In Leading Large-Scale Servicenow Implementations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Client Relationships.
