- Lead and manage the implementation of ServiceNow for clients, ensuring successful delivery of the project within established timelines and budget.
- Create project plans and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on best practices and industry standards for ServiceNow implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in ServiceNow, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in ServiceNow implementation.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to all stakeholders, and develop strategies to mitigate any potential roadblocks.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in all aspects of ServiceNow implementation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and networking events.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous learning within the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Servicenow Solutions For Clients.
Certified Servicenow Implementation Specialist.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Stakeholders.
