In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of ServiceNow for our clients.   1. Lead and manage the implementation of ServiceNow for clients, ensuring successful delivery of the project within established timelines and budget.
  2. Create project plans and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
  3. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  6. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on best practices and industry standards for ServiceNow implementation.
  7. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in ServiceNow, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in ServiceNow implementation.
  9. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to all stakeholders, and develop strategies to mitigate any potential roadblocks.
  10. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in all aspects of ServiceNow implementation.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  12. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and networking events.
  13. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous learning within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Servicenow Solutions For Clients.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
