1. Facilitate and guide the implementation of the Scrum framework within the company.
2. Act as a servant leader for multiple Scrum teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
3. Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.

5. Facilitate all Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
