Job Description

  1. Lead and facilitate the agile development process for the team, ensuring that all team members are following the Scrum methodology.
  2. Provide guidance and coaching to the team on agile principles and best practices.
  3. Work closely with product owners to facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other key Scrum events.
  4. Identify and resolve any impediments or roadblocks that may hinder the team's progress.
  5. Foster a collaborative and transparent environment within the team, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  6. Monitor and track team progress, ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met.
  7. Continuously assess and improve the team's agile processes and practices.
  8. Act as a servant leader, supporting the team and promoting a positive and productive work culture.
  9. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and agile coaches within the organization to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in agile methodologies, incorporating them into the team's processes as appropriate.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on the team's progress and addressing any concerns or feedback.
  12. Act as a role model for agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Or Professional Scrum Master (Psm) Certification.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Scrum Master In An Agile Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Principles And Methodologies, Specifically Scrum.

  • Excellent Communication And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Resolve Conflicts And Foster Collaboration Within The Team.

  • Experience Working With Diverse Teams And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
