  1. Conduct risk assessments for clients to identify potential areas of vulnerability and non-compliance.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans for clients.
  3. Stay updated on regulatory frameworks and changes in the risk and compliance landscape.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations on risk management and compliance issues.
  6. Create and deliver presentations and training materials for clients on risk and compliance best practices.
  7. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate risk and compliance considerations into business processes.
  9. Identify and report potential risks to senior management and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  10. Continuously learn and develop expertise in risk management and compliance to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  11. Support the development and execution of the firm's risk and compliance consulting strategies.
  12. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new services and solutions.
  13. Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work products to clients.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information and adhere to ethical standards.
  15. Represent the firm in a professional manner and uphold its values and reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Risk Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk And Compliance Consulting, Preferably In A Professional Services Firm.

  • Strong Understanding Of Various Regulatory Frameworks And Compliance Requirements, Such As Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Gdpr, And Hipaa.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Both Clients And Internal Teams.

  • Demonstrated Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Risk And Compliance Projects, Including Risk Assessments, Internal Control Evaluations, And Compliance Audits.
