  4. Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to advise clients on revenue cycle strategies and best practices.
  5. Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of revenue cycle consulting services.
  6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and changes in regulations to continuously enhance consulting services and provide valuable insights to clients.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, best practices, and resources to improve overall service delivery.
  10. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations, to expand revenue cycle consulting services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Revenue Cycle Management, Preferably In A Consulting Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Revenue Cycle Processes And Systems, Including Electronic Health Record (Ehr) And Revenue Cycle Management (Rcm) Software.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, Client Relationship Management, And Developing And Implementing Revenue Cycle Improvement Strategies.
