- Utilize extensive knowledge of revenue cycle management to evaluate and improve client processes
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance and drive financial success
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements and revenue enhancement opportunities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct thorough assessments of client revenue cycle processes and identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor junior team members on revenue cycle best practices and industry trends
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in revenue cycle management to ensure compliance and best practices
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
- Proactively identify and address potential risks or challenges in revenue cycle processes and provide solutions to mitigate them
- Travel to client sites as needed to conduct onsite assessments and provide on-site support and training.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field
Excellent Analytical, Communication, And Project Management Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
Strong Knowledge Of Revenue Cycle Processes, Systems, And Industry Regulations
Prior Experience Working As A Consultant Or In A Client-Facing Role
