Job Description

Crowe is looking for an experienced Real Estate Tax Senior Staff to join our team! As an integral member of our Tax Services team, you will bring your knowledge of real estate tax planning and compliance to a variety of engagements.We’re looking for a self-motivated professional with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax, or a related field, and at least three years of experience in real estate tax compliance and consulting is required. A CPA certification and Master’s degree in taxation are preferred but not required.You’ll be part of a vibrant team of professionals dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality of service. As a Real Estate Tax Senior Staff, you will have the opportunity to work on interesting and complex engagements, develop your technical expertise, and make an impact on the business. Responsibilities:

-Provide tax planning and compliance services to clients in the real estate sector -Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations, as well as suggest strategies to minimize tax liabilities -Prepare and review tax returns and related documents -Keep up to date on changing tax laws and regulations -Develop and maintain strong client relationships -Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff -Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions -Assist in preparing reports and other documents for management -Participate in special projects as necessary
