At Crowe, we are looking for a talented, driven Real Estate Tax Senior Staff to join our team of experts and lead the way in providing our clients with the highest quality of tax services. We are seeking an individual with the qualifications and experience to help us meet our commitment to excellence.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field and at least three years of experience in a public accounting firm or relevant industry experience in the real estate tax area. A CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is a plus. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clients with high-quality tax services, including consulting, compliance, and planning.
  2. Analyze tax data and make recommendations to clients.
  3. Stay abreast of changes in real estate tax laws and regulations.
  4. Manage client relationships and provide guidance to junior staff.
  5. Prepare and review tax returns for real estate entities.
  6. Develop tax strategies to maximize clients’ tax savings.
  7. Assist in the research and development of tax planning strategies for real estate transactions.
  8. Advise clients on compliance with state and local tax laws.
  9. Review financial statements, contracts, and other documents to identify potential tax liabilities.
  10. Assist in the preparation of tax projections and forecasts.
