Private Equity Tax Manager

The Private Equity Tax Manager will be responsible for providing clients with technically accurate tax advice and services related to the private equity industry.This position requires a CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, along with experience in private equity tax compliance, private equity transactions, or private equity fund structuring. Responsibilities of a Private Equity Tax Manager:

• Prepare and review tax returns for clients in the private equity industry
• Provide accurate and timely tax advice to clients
• Consult with clients on private equity transactions and fund structuring
• Stay up to date on changes in tax legislation and regulations
• Proactively identify and implement tax planning strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Lead and mentor junior staff members
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Research and analyze complex tax issues
