  1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing and supply chain improvement plans for clients.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of client's current sourcing and supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to develop and execute implementation strategies.
  4. Monitor and track progress of sourcing and supply chain improvement initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to project leaders and clients.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during implementation.
  6. Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in strategic sourcing and supply chain management.
  7. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on sourcing and supply chain strategies.
  8. Coach and mentor junior consultants on strategic sourcing and supply chain management principles and techniques.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients and project teams, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within sourcing and supply chain practices.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sourcing and supply chain initiatives with other areas of the business.
  12. Represent Crowe as a subject matter expert at industry conferences and events.
  13. Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  14. Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  15. Contribute to the growth and development of the Performance Improvement practice at Crowe.
  16. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Sourcing And Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Consulting Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Performance Improvement Initiatives In Supply Chain Operations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Supply Chain Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts And Recommendations To Clients And Stakeholders.
