Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Management, Or Healthcare Management.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Performance Improvement Consulting, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean, Six Sigma, Or Agile.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Performance Improvement Initiatives, Including Project Management And Change Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Internal Teams.
