Job Description

At Crowe, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced People Operations Manager who will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing our HR and people operations activities. This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a difference in the organization.The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated and organized professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be an innovative thinker, capable of designing and delivering a range of people operations strategies and initiatives. You should also be able to analyze data and identify areas of improvement in order to increase our productivity and employee engagement.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least five years of experience in a similar role. They should have in-depth knowledge of HR and people operations best practices as well as a proven track record of success in developing and executing people operations plans. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage, and develop HR and people operations activities.
  2. Design and deliver a range of people operations strategies and initiatives.
  3. Analyze data and identify areas of improvement to increase productivity and employee engagement.
  4. Develop and execute people operations plans.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  6. Provide guidance and support to colleagues in regards to HR and people operations policies and procedures.
  7. Create and implement recruitment and onboarding processes.
  8. Manage employee relations issues.
  9. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
  10. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on HR activities.
