People Operations Contractor Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized and efficient professional with an eye for detail, a passion for people and a commitment to excellence.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a people operations role, ideally in a contract management capacity. You should have a strong understanding of HR processes and regulations, and be able to effectively manage vendor relationships. You should also be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and external contractors. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class service to our contract workers, with a focus on optimizing their experience. You will also be responsible for managing the contract process from start to finish, ensuring that all contracts are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

7. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the experience of contract workers
8. Provide reports and other data to the Director of People Operations as requested
9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in the field of people operations
