Job Description

Crowe, one of the largest public accounting, consulting, and technology firms in the United States, is seeking an Operational Due Diligence Senior Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to assess and evaluate their operational risk management processes. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in financial services and a proven track record in conducting operational due diligence.   1. Conduct operational due diligence for clients in the financial services industry.
  2. Assess and evaluate clients' operational risk management processes.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement strategies and recommendations to mitigate operational risks.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to identify industry best practices and trends in operational due diligence.
  6. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to operational due diligence.
  9. Work closely with other team members and departments to provide clients with a seamless and integrated service experience.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the growth of the firm.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on operational due diligence processes and best practices.
  12. Maintain and protect confidential client information.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline operational due diligence processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Operational Due Diligence: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Conducting Operational Due Diligence For Various Clients And Industries. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Key Operational Processes, Risk Assessment, And Performance Improvement Strategies.

  • Strong Financial And Analytical Skills: The Role Of An Operational Due Diligence Senior Consultant Involves Analyzing Complex Financial Data And Identifying Potential Risks And Opportunities. Therefore, Strong Financial And Analytical Skills, Including The Ability To Interpret Financial Statements, Conduct Financial Modeling, And Perform Data Analysis, Are Essential For This Position.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance: As A Senior Consultant, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements And Industry Standards. This Includes Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices Related To Operational Due Diligence, As Well As The Ability To Stay Updated On Any Changes In Regulations.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills: Operational Due Diligence Projects Often Involve Managing Multiple Stakeholders, Tight Deadlines, And Complex Deliverables.
