  1. Conduct thorough and accurate analysis of models and their associated risks.
  2. Develop and implement model governance and validation processes for clients.
  3. Utilize expertise in the financial services industry to provide recommendations and solutions for model risk management.
  4. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to model risk management.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to provide updates and progress reports.
  7. Conduct training and workshops on model risk management for clients and team members.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to model governance and validation.
  9. Assist with the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures related to model risk management.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  11. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
  12. Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development within the field of model risk management.
  14. Represent the company and uphold its values and standards in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the Risk Consulting practice.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Model Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Model Risk Management, With A Thorough Understanding Of Model Validation And Governance Processes.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: As A Model Risk Senior Consultant At Crowe, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements Related To Model Risk Management, Including Sr 11-7, Ccar, And Dfast.

  • Advanced Analytical And Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Advanced Analytical And Technical Skills, With Proficiency In Statistical And Programming Languages Such As Sas, R, And Python. Knowledge Of Machine Learning Techniques And Data Visualization Tools Is Also Desirable.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. Experience In Delivering Presentations And Training On Model Risk Management Is Preferred.

  • Team Management And Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Model Risk Professionals. They Should Also Possess Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Team Members.
