  1. Lead and manage a team of support specialists to provide exceptional technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 clients.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and keep up-to-date with the latest updates and developments.
  3. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on all Microsoft Dynamics 365 related issues.
  4. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and continuously improve support processes to meet and exceed client expectations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate to appropriate channels when necessary.
  6. Develop and implement training programs for support team members to enhance their technical skills and product knowledge.
  7. Monitor and analyze support metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  8. Act as a point of escalation for critical support issues and work closely with clients to resolve them in a timely manner.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support solutions.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 support and share knowledge with the team.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide timely updates and ensure a smooth support process.
  12. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for support services.
  13. Build and maintain a positive and customer-centric work culture within the support team.
  14. Manage the support team's workload and schedule to ensure efficient and timely resolution of client issues.
  15. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to support team members to promote their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation And Support.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification Or Equivalent Experience In At Least Two Of The Following Modules: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Or Finance And Operations.
