  1. Overseeing and managing the support team for Microsoft Dynamics 365, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  2. Developing and implementing support strategies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective resolution of client issues.
  3. Providing technical guidance and expertise to team members, as well as troubleshooting complex technical problems.
  4. Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and development, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  5. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional support and service.
  6. Managing and prioritizing support tickets and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  7. Identifying and addressing any knowledge gaps or training needs within the support team.
  8. Staying up-to-date on the latest developments and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to effectively support clients.
  9. Creating and maintaining support documentation and resources for clients and team members.
  10. Communicating with clients in a professional and timely manner, providing updates and resolutions to their inquiries and concerns.
  11. Continuously monitoring and analyzing support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall support processes.
  12. Acting as a liaison between clients and the development team for bug fixes and feature requests.
  13. Participating in the development and implementation of new support processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Handling any other support-related duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications
