At Crowe, we are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Manager to join our team and lead us to success. We are looking for an experienced professional to drive our Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales team and ensure that our processes and strategies are optimized to reach our goals. The successful candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent leadership skills.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales management, specifically in the implementation and use of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape, including its pricing and sales components, and be able to develop strategies to capitalize on the various functions of the software. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of financial principles and be comfortable working with numbers.We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales team to ensure optimal processes and strategies are in place.
  2. Develop effective strategies to capitalize on the various functions of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  3. Analyze and interpret financial principles and statistics to inform sales strategies.
  4. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and evaluate team performance and goals.
  6. Train, mentor, and support team members to reach their performance targets.
  7. Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and implement changes accordingly.
  8. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to optimize sales performance and meet organizational goals.
  9. Create reports and analyze data to track team performance and progress.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices.
