  1. Lead and manage the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the manufacturing sector.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including developers, consultants, and sales teams.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  5. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  6. Communicate project status updates and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Provide training and support to clients on the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its features.
  8. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in the field of manufacturing technology and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  9. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  10. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of project delivery.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential new clients and contribute to business development efforts.
  12. Monitor and track project performance, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its capabilities, providing thought leadership and driving innovation within the team and for clients.
  15. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, promoting our expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 manufacturing.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Manufacturing Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Leadership Role, Preferably With Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation Experience.

  • Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, And Quality Control.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Microsoft Dynamics 365 For Manufacturing, Including Its Various Modules And Functionalities.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Teams, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
