Job Description

At Crowe, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft D365 SCM Functional Implementation Consultant to join our team and help our clients optimize their supply chain management processes. As a key member of our consulting team, you will have the opportunity to work with leading organizations and utilize your expertise in Microsoft D365 SCM to drive successful implementations. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong understanding of supply chain management and a track record of successful D365 SCM implementations.   1. Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their supply chain management needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Utilize your expertise in Microsoft D365 SCM to analyze client systems and processes and provide recommendations for optimization.
  3. Design and implement customized solutions for clients using Microsoft D365 SCM, taking into consideration their unique business requirements and goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, including project managers, developers, and business analysts.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft D365 SCM, keeping up-to-date with new features and capabilities and effectively communicating these to clients.
  7. Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure a smooth transition to the new system and promote user adoption.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks or roadblocks in the implementation process, communicating them to project stakeholders and providing solutions.
  9. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall team's capabilities.
  10. Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in supply chain management technology to continuously improve our consulting services and offerings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (Scm) Or Other Erp Systems.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Processes, Including Inventory Management, Procurement, And Logistics.

  • Experience Working With Clients To Gather Requirements, Design Solutions, And Conduct User Acceptance Testing.

  • Certification In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Scm Or Other Relevant Microsoft Certifications.
