  1. Lead and manage the functional implementation of Microsoft D365 SCM solutions for clients.
  2. Utilize your deep understanding of supply chain management to analyze client needs and design customized solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  4. Conduct comprehensive research and stay updated on the latest developments in technology and supply chain management.
  5. Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and provide recommendations.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients in implementing and optimizing D365 SCM solutions.
  8. Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to ensure effective adoption and utilization of implemented solutions.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into project implementations.
  12. Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential business opportunities and participate in business development activities.
  13. Prepare and deliver progress reports, project plans, and other documentation as required by clients and management.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company standards and ethics at all times.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for the company and represent Crowe in a positive and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 For Supply Chain Management (Scm) Or Other Erp Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices.

  • Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Certifications In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Scm Or Other Relevant Erp Systems, Such As Apics Or Six Sigma, Are Preferred.
