  1. Design and implement Microsoft D365 supply chain management solutions for clients.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Analyze and assess clients' supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  4. Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of Microsoft D365 supply chain management.
  5. Train and mentor clients' teams on the use of Microsoft D365 SCM functionalities.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation and integration with clients' existing systems.
  8. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in Microsoft D365 SCM.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
  10. Assist with pre-sales activities and proposal development.
  11. Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
  12. Adhere to project timelines and budgets.
  13. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent Crowe as a knowledgeable and professional expert in Microsoft D365 SCM implementations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (Scm) For Medium To Large Organizations.

  • Certified In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant (Mb-330) Or Equivalent.

  • Strong Functional Knowledge And Experience In Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, And Logistics.

  • Excellent Communication And Client-Facing Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Gather Requirements And Translate Them Into System Solutions.
