Job Description

At Crowe, we are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Marketing Contract Manager to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for managing a wide range of marketing contracts, including vendor agreements, advertising contracts, and promotional agreements. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of marketing, legal, and contract management experience, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. If you have a passion for marketing and thrive on working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in marketing contract management, contract negotiation, and legal compliance. Proven experience in developing and managing marketing contracts is essential. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate and manage marketing contracts, including vendor agreements, advertising contracts, and promotional agreements.
  2. Develop and maintain marketing contracts in compliance with legal standards.
  3. Analyze contracts to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that contracts are executed properly.
  5. Review and analyze contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  6. Monitor and track changes to contracts to ensure they are kept up to date.
  7. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contractual matters.
  8. Monitor progress of contracts and ensure timely completion of contractual obligations.
  9. Resolve any contractual disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
  10. Maintain records of all contracts and provide regular updates to management.
