  1. Provide expert guidance and advice on complex international tax matters to a diverse range of clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive solutions.
  3. Manage and lead a team of tax professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow and develop in their own careers.
  4. Stay up-to-date on US and foreign tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and identifying potential opportunities for clients.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the firm to provide comprehensive and integrated services to clients.
  6. Plan and manage international tax projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while adhering to budget constraints.
  7. Effectively communicate complex tax concepts to clients and team members, both verbally and in written reports.
  8. Conduct research and analysis on international tax issues and provide recommendations to clients.
  9. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for new business development and client growth.
  10. Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards, as well as firm policies and procedures.
  11. Represent the firm at conferences and industry events to promote our international tax services.
  12. Continuously develop and expand your knowledge and skills in international taxation through training and professional development opportunities.
  13. Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members to support the growth of the international tax practice.
  14. Lead by example and uphold the firm's values of integrity, excellence, and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Cpa Or Equivalent Certification.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In International Tax Planning And Compliance.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of International Tax Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills To Manage And Train A Team Of International Tax Professionals.
