
Healthcare Reimbursement Analyst
Crowe is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Healthcare Reimbursement Analyst with a passion for the healthcare industry. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in healthcare finance and reimbursement, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. The Healthcare Reimbursement Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ claims are accurately and timely processed and that our clients are receiving the financial reimbursement they are due.This individual must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as thorough knowledge of healthcare reimbursement policies and procedures. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team, is organized and detail-oriented, and has a strong customer service focus. Responsibilities of the Healthcare Reimbursement Analyst:
• Analyze healthcare reimbursement claims to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payment
• Monitor and track reimbursement claims to ensure proper and timely reimbursement to clients
• Develop and maintain up-to-date expertise in healthcare finance and reimbursement policies
• Identify discrepancies in reimbursement claims and take appropriate action to ensure accurate payment
• Provide customer service to clients, answering questions and resolving any issues related to healthcare reimbursement claims
• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Utilize organizational and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines and objectives
• Prepare and present financial reports and projections
