  1. Lead and manage healthcare performance improvement consulting projects from start to finish.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare operations and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop strategies and recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
  5. Communicate complex concepts and data to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of consultants to deliver high-quality work.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare performance improvement.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Performance Improvement Consulting, Specifically In Areas Such As Quality Improvement, Revenue Cycle Management, And Operational Efficiency.

  • Strong Understanding And Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices, With A Focus On Value-Based Care And Reimbursement Models.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Healthcare Performance Improvement Projects, Including Developing And Implementing Strategies, Managing Budgets And Resources, And Delivering Measurable Results.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Establish Relationships With Clients At All Levels Of An Organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Clinical Discipline. Master's Degree Or Other Advanced Certifications (E.g. Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional) Preferred.
