Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Performance Improvement Consulting, Specifically In Areas Such As Quality Improvement, Revenue Cycle Management, And Operational Efficiency.
Strong Understanding And Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices, With A Focus On Value-Based Care And Reimbursement Models.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Healthcare Performance Improvement Projects, Including Developing And Implementing Strategies, Managing Budgets And Resources, And Delivering Measurable Results.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Establish Relationships With Clients At All Levels Of An Organization.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Clinical Discipline. Master's Degree Or Other Advanced Certifications (E.g. Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional) Preferred.
