In this role, you will be responsible for using your expertise in revenue cycle analytics to help our clients in the healthcare industry optimize their financial performance.   1. Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare financial data and provide recommendations to clients on how to improve their revenue cycles.
  2. Utilize knowledge of healthcare finance and net revenue concepts to identify potential areas for cost savings and revenue growth for clients.
  3. Collaborate with clients and other team members to develop customized solutions that meet their specific needs and goals.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to healthcare finance and net revenue, and incorporate this knowledge into client recommendations.
  5. Communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner, ensuring understanding and buy-in for proposed solutions.
  6. Create and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for clients and team members on healthcare finance and net revenue topics.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the consulting process.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and enhance our revenue cycle consulting services.
  10. Travel to client sites as needed to conduct on-site assessments and provide in-person support and training.
  11. Adhere to project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables for clients.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to expand knowledge and expertise in healthcare finance and net revenue concepts to enhance consulting services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Finance And Revenue Cycle Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Reimbursement Methodologies.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Financial Modeling, With Experience Using Tools Such As Excel, Sql, And Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
